Payment at our office
Yourself or anyone on your behalf can visit our office in Montreal (Canada) to make payment by credit card, money order or certified cheque.
Please note that you will not be able to access our services before we receive payment locally at our office.
If you wish to make payment in person at our office, please carefully follow the instructions below:
- Certified Cheque or Money Order made payable to: Canadim
- Currency: US Dollars or equivalent Canadian Dollars (see notes below)
- Amount: US$ XXX (or CAD$ equivalent)
Details to write on the back of your cheque:
- Your Full Name
- Your Canadim username
- Your Case Number
- Your Email Address

Important Notice:
- Your cheque or money order MUST be made to the correct fee in US Dollars (or CND $ equivalent) of the service that you are purchasing. We DO NOT accept personal cheque. Only certified cheque or money order.
- Any fee charged by your bank to issue such a cheque or money order must be added to the US$ XXX (or CAD$ equivalent) fee of the service you are purchasing and making payment for. Please do not deduct this fee from our service fee as we will not accept payment.
- Before visiting our offices to make payment, you (or your representative) may contact us by telephone if any clarification is needed.
- Once we have received your payment, you will be notified by email immediately and your receipt available for download from My Visa Portal™.
