Payment at our office
Yourself or anyone on your behalf can visit our office in Montreal (Canada) to make payment by credit card, money order or certified cheque.
If you wish to make payment in person at our office, please carefully follow the instructions below:
- Certified Cheque or Money Order made payable to: Canadim
- Currency: US Dollars or equivalent Canadian Dollars (see notes below)
Details to write on the back of your cheque:

Important Notice:
- Only certified cheque or money order.
- Any fee charged by your bank to issue such a cheque or money order must be added to the US$ XXX (or CAD$ equivalent) of our legal fees. Please do not deduct this fee from our legal fees as we will not accept payment.
- Before visiting our offices to make payment, you (or your representative) may contact us by telephone if any clarification is needed.
Payment by International Bank Cheque or Money Order
If you wish to make payment via international bank cheque or money order, please carefully follow the instructions below:
- International Bank Cheque or Money Order made payable to: Canadim
- Currency: US Dollars (or CAD $ equivalent)
Details to write on the back of your cheque:
- Your Full Name
- Your Email Address

Important Notice:
- DO NOT send cash or personal cheques in the mail. Only international bank cheque or money order in US Dollars. Not in your local currency.
- Any fee charged by your bank to issue such a cheque or money order must be added to the US$ XXX fee of our legal fees. Please do not deduct this fee from our legal fees as we will return payment to you.
- If somebody else makes the payment on your behalf, please instruct this person to write your details on the back of the cheque as well as their name and contact phone number.
- We strongly suggest you to send your payment by registered mail or other method such as UPS, DHL, FEDEX or other. This method will allow you to check status of delivery.
- Depending on the method you will use to send us the cheque, delivery time may take up to 30 days. Once we have received and identified your payment, you will be notified by email immediately.
