• Acquire from you and review all relevant and supporting documentation

Your legal advisor will:

• Finalize all the required forms and take responsibility for collating and presenting all the required forms to the immigration authorities
• Organize all your documents and present them in the appropriate manner
• Compose a letter to accompany your application, outlining the merits of your profile
• Personally prepare you in the event that an interview of selection with an immigration official is required; as a lawyers, your legal advisor is also entitled to appear with you at the interview
• Deliver your application along with the required documents and cover letter to the appropriate immigration office
• Arrange, on your behalf, any appointment required with an external body such as medical examination and language testing

After your application is officially and successfully lodged, your legal advisor will closely monitor and keep you regularly updated on the progress of your application and inform you when a decision has been made.
