Canadian Provincial Nominee Programs

Did you know: Canadian Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP) are ideal for individuals who have recently, or are currently working in Canada on a work permit? For everyone else, a PNP application probably isn’t the best choice, or even an option.

Free Assessment

Almost all Provinces PNP requirements are generally the same in that they require a job offer or experience in that specific Province, in order to be eligible … with one big exception.

Due to Quebec’s unique cultural history in Canada it has much more control over its immigration policy than other Canadian Provinces. So much so that in reality, the Quebec program is probably anyone’s best chance of receiving Canadian Permanent Residence, if you don’t have any work experience or direct Canadian connections.

But it won’t be like this forever …

There is a limit on how many applications Immigration Quebec will evaluate before closing the program. Although Quebec accepts thousands more applications than other Canadian Provinces, it is still a finite amount and it is in your best interest to get started as quickly as possible. Additionally the Federal program has also recently indicated that they will be moving to an Expression of Interest system or EOI for short, in 2015 which could make it more difficult to qualify under the Federal Skilled Worker program.

And don’t forget that all PNPs result in the same thing, Canadian Permanent Residence. As a Canadian PR your freedom to live and work in Canada is protected under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

So find out if you are eligible today by completing our free online assessment.
