This stream has been terminated. The Alberta Employer-Driven Stream was a collection of immigration streams of the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP), a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) operated by the province of Alberta. The Alberta Employer-Driven Stream encompassed three immigration streams which targeted foreign nationals who had received a valid offer of employment from an Alberta employer.
As of June 14th, 2018, this program was terminated and is no longer accepting new applications. Skilled workers wishing to immigrate to Alberta may pursue a nomination through either the Alberta Opportunity Stream or the Alberta Express Entry Stream of the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP). Alberta Employer-Driven Stream included the following streams. None of these streams are accepting new applications:
Alberta Skilled Worker has been terminated. Previously, it was a stream of the Alberta Employer-Driven Stream targeting foreign workers who have a valid offer of employment from an Alberta employer. The program is no longer accepting applications.
Alberta International Graduate has been terminated. Previously, it was a stream of the Alberta Employer-Driven Stream targeting recent graduates from Canadian post-secondary institutions who were working for employers in Alberta and who had a permanent offer of employment from the same employer. This program is no longer accepting new applications.
Alberta Semi-Skilled Worker has been terminated. Previously, it was a stream of the Alberta Employer-Driven Stream targeting semi-skilled workers in specific industries and occupations. In order to be eligible, a candidate must have already been working in the position in Alberta on a valid work permit and their employer must have extended a permanent offer to continue employment. This program is not accepting new applications.
