CANADIAN GOVERNMENT RELEASES IMMIGRATION MANDATE LETTER 2021

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has announced that immigration will remain a top priority and a central component of Canada’s COVID-19 recovery plan. In a new mandate letter presented to Immigration Minister Marco Mendicino, Trudeau outlines the priorities for the department and fleshes out what the future of Canadian immigration looks like over the next few years. According to multinational employment agency Randstad, the pandemic has contributed to boosting employment in certain areas of the economy. They created a list of the top jobs in Canada for 2021. ALBERTA EXPRESS ENTRY DRAW INVITES 50 CANDIDATES

In its first Express Entry draw since June, Alberta has issued invitations to 50 candidates to apply for Canadian permanent residence. Eligible candidates had valid Express Entry profiles and CRS scores of at least 406. [Read more]

EXPRESS ENTRY DRAW #173 | PNP CANDIDATES ONLY

In the 173rd Express Entry draw, Canada issued 374 invitations to Express Entry candidates to apply for Canadian permanent residence. This draw was specific to Provincial Nominee Class candidates.  The minimum CRS cut-off score for this draw was 741. [Read more]

EXPRESS ENTRY DRAW #174 | 4,626 CEC CANDIDATES INVITED

In the 174th Express Entry draw, Canada issued 4,626 invitations to Express Entry candidates to apply for Canadian permanent residence. This draw was specific to Canadian Experience Class candidates.  The minimum CRS cut-off score for this draw was 454. [Read more]

BC PNP DRAW: 195 INVITATIONS ISSUED

British Columbia has held its second draw of the new year, extending invitations to 195 candidates across five streams of the BC PNP. [Read more]
