You may be eligible for the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) Human Capital Priorities Stream if you are a skilled worker in the federal Express Entry pool and want to live and work permanently in Ontario. You may not apply directly to this stream, you must have received a Notification of Interest from Ontario to be eligible.
Provide language test results demonstrating language proficiency of at least CLB 7 in all language abilities
Language tests can be no more than two years old.
Have at least one year of continuous, full-time (or equivalent part-time) paid work experience in a single occupation classified as National Occupation Classification (NOC) Skill Type 0 or Skill Level A or B. Your work experience must be:
Either within the past five years from the date you received the Notification of Interest
Or in Canada within the past three years from the date you received the Notification of Interest.
Have a post-secondary education credential (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree)
